At Prosthetic Solutions, we provide high-quality, custom-made prosthetic eyes and adjustments tailored to your individual needs. Please review our policy before proceeding with your service. Appointments & Cancellations To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disruptions. Billing & Fees The cost of a new prosthetic eye or adjustments varies based on individual circumstances, including referrals, private health insurance, government-funded schemes, or personal payment. Pricing will be discussed with you prior to and during your initial appointment to ensure full transparency. The total cost includes all necessary appointments, fittings, moulding, colour-matching, manufacturing and supply of your prosthesis. Upfront payment is required unless otherwise discussed. Custom Prosthetic Considerations Each prosthetic is custom-made to closely match your individual features, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Colour and shade may appear different under various lighting conditions and environments. Prosthetic devices are fitted based on your anatomy at the time of your appointment; natural changes in your eye socket, skin and tissue over time may affect the fit. More complex prosthetic designs may require additional appointments and a longer manufacturing process, which will be communicated as needed. Client Responsibilities Due to the custom nature of prosthetic devices, refunds cannot be provided once the manufacturing has begun. Patients are responsible for their own travel arrangements and must attend all necessary appointments to complete their requested service.
